Hi, I’m Teresa and I am a qualified Person-Centred counsellor working with adults, children, and young people. I have worked with families in a variety of roles for a number of years in schools, for the local authority and for different charities. I strongly believe in supporting people to achieve the best outcomes for themselves.
I help and encourage clients to explore their feelings, beliefs, and behaviour with a view to gaining a better understanding of themselves and whatever is troubling them. I am able to offer a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space in which to do this where clients can just be themselves.
