Rachel first started her leadership and coaching business in 2012, having worked previously in the post-16 education sector as teacher and a manager. Before that she had a careers in retail and commercial management. She is Director of Rachel Stone Coaching LTD.
She has two grown up boys. She enjoys yoga, swimming and in the sea. She has lived in Eastbourne since 1990.
