I’m a qualified and insured Yoga teacher, and experienced in working with people who struggle with anxiety and depression.Whilst Yoga has a lot of fantastic physical benefits, I started attending classes in order to help with my mental and emotional wellbeing. Yoga became an important part of my life, and I trained as a teacher to spread the benefits I’ve gained. I have experience working with children and young people in different settings, and am passionate about improving mental health
