Gestalt Therapy is a here and now therapy, which means I try to provide a safe space to explore what is happening now. Promoting personal responsibility by learning to be more present and trying different ways of being, encouraging healthier choices and interactions. In Gestalt Therapy we look at the entire person, our physical response, our emotions and our thoughts.
