My niche and speciality as a Holistic Family Coach Practitioner has encompassed my true beliefs that Parent/carers are ‘Pioneers’, charting new waters every day and learning on the job. Every day is different & unpredictable. That’s what makes parenting such an adventure. Coaching puts you back in control, providing a positive framework to allow you to focus on solutions and develop your own tailor-made strategies to achieve them.

Through my interactive, experiential workshops and 1:1 Coaching for parents I bring perceptual thinking, increased self- esteem, problem solving, improve morale and develop well-being & learning potential addressing the challenges of anxiety & depression in young people.

Sara has experience of working in schools/colleges . Experience of managing a Young People’s Services project and social enterprise projects. Sara has delivered Oxford, Cambridge and RSA Examinations (OCR) Employability Skills as a Trainer & Coach to disadvantaged and excluded young people and worked with local employers to secure the chance of work experience which has led to Apprenticeships and work.

Over five years experience working for East Sussex County Council in the Inclusion Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (ISEND) in the Assessment & Planning team, and additional experience in Adult Social Care, Transitions Service for 16-25 age group who have severe and enduring disabilities.
